Jessica A. Hoffman, FNP-BC

Family Nurse Practitioner

“My goal is always to make each patient feel welcome, comfortable, respected, heard and confident in the care they are receiving.”

Jessica has served as a Family Nurse Practitioner for the LVDHC since 2017. She is grateful to be working and living in the beautiful Northwoods of Wisconsin where she grew up. Prior to her work at LVDHC, Jessica worked in downtown Chicago as a Registered Nurse at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Working at the patient’s bedside taught her the importance of compassion, patient education, and prevention. With a passion for working in both acute care and preventative medicine, she works collaboratively with patients to find ways to optimize their health.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
