SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The LVDHC Healthy Grocery Trip Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 8:00 a.m PT on Thursday, March 5th and ends at 11:59 p.m PT on Sunday, March 15 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the sweepstakes.

SPONSOR: Lac Vieux Desert Health Center., a wholly owned and operated arm and instrumentality of the Lac Vieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians, a federally recognized Indian tribe (“Tribe”) with its principal place of business in the State of Michigan (“Sponsor”).

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, all entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning the prize (described below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who at the time of entry, are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and who are legal residents Michigan within a 60 mile radius of the Lac Vieux Desert Health Center (LVDHC). Employees, directors and officers and their immediate families (husbands, wives, brothers, sisters, parents and children and their spouses) and household members (whether or not related) of Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes or otherwise associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit [website or landing page] (“Sweepstakes Interface”) during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the following:

• Follow @LVDHC on Facebook;
• Follow @lvdhealth center on Instagram;
• Like the official LVDHC Health Grocery Shopping Trip Giveaway post on either platform;
• Tag one (1) friend in the comments and include the hashtag #LVDHCGroceryGiveaway.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the number of comments or tags. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Instagram account. Any attempt to exceed the maximum number of entries by using multiple emails or accounts will result in disqualification. Message and data rates may apply. All terms and conditions of Meta Platforms, Inc. apply. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By including the hashtag #LVDHCGroceryGiveaway in the Facebook comments or Instagram comments section of the Official LVDHC Grocery Giveaway post, Entrant is confirming their acceptance and agreement to these Official Rules.

TIMING OF DRAWINGS AND NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS.

After the close of the Sweepstakes Period, the winner of the prize will be selected via a random drawing consisting of all eligible entries during the Sweepstakes Period. The prize will be delivered to the winner using the contact information in the entry. The Winner will be notified within seven (7) days of the winner selection via email or direct message. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings, or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate Winner may be selected. Receipt of the prize offered in this Campaign by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these Official Rules by the Winner, at the Sponsor's sole discretion, will result in the Winner's disqualification as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. The prize is subject to availability and is subject to change. The prize may not be transferred, assigned, changed or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole or in part with other prizes of comparable or greater value if the intended prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Allow four to six weeks for delivery of the list.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASE. By participating, each entrant (a) agrees to release the Sponsor, its parent, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, including their officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”), as well as Meta Platforms, Inc., from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this Sweepstakes, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law; (b) consents to the use by Sponsor and each of their respective designees of the winner’s name, hometown, photograph, voice, or other likenesses and prize information for promotion, advertising and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law, and upon request will provide written confirmation of such consent; and (c) acknowledges that none of the Sweepstakes Entities or anyone else has either made, or is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize including, but not limited to, its quality or availability. Neither any of the Sweepstakes Entities nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed data or voice transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or website or to complete a telephone call or facsimile transaction, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost or misdirected mail, or any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. RIGHTS GRANTED BY ENTRANT. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSOR AND THE APPLICABLE ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT OR INDIVIDUAL(S) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

No failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall constitute a waiver of that provision. If for any reason the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) is not capable of being executed as planned, or in the case of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of entrants, technical failures or any other causes that in the opinion of Sponsor or Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof), Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any suspect entry or entrant and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification.

Personal information collected will be used solely for administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with LVDHC’s Privacy Policy.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Except where prohibited, by participating Sweepstakes entrants agree that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant(s) and Sponsor and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Lac Vieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the Lac Vieux Desert Tribal Court and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
