“I believe in compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care that supports the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered. My approach is holistic, collaborative, culturally humble, and grounded in evidence-based practice to promote well-being and meaningful growth.”

Nubqub (pronounced “nih-coo”) was raised in Central Wisconsin and relocated to the Upper Peninsula in 2022. As a proud first-generation individual of mixed heritage, she has long been captivated by psychology and the complexities of the human mind. Nubqub is deeply passionate about advocating for self-care and embracing what happiness uniquely means to each of us. When she’s not diving into psychology, you’ll find her soaking up the outdoors, laughing with loved ones, and chasing new adventures. A true creative spirit, Nubqub plays piano, sings, paints, and creates artistic projects. She also embraces spiritual practices, including energy work, and astrology.
